Our Mission: Accessible Healthcare for Zimbabwe

Connecting patients with healthcare providers through the platform they already use - WhatsApp.

Born From Personal Experience

Cloomi was founded in 2023 after our team experienced firsthand the challenges of finding affordable medications for family members in Zimbabwe.

Frustrated by endless phone calls and pharmacy visits, we envisioned a simpler way to connect patients with available healthcare services.

We chose WhatsApp because it's the most accessible platform in Zimbabwe - reliable even with poor internet connectivity and familiar to everyone from teens to grandparents.
