4. Provider-Specific Terms

Healthcare providers ("Providers") agree to:

• Respond to patient inquiries within 24 hours.
• Verify the accuracy of drug availability and pricing before confirming.
• Comply with all applicable medical laws and regulations in Zimbabwe.

5. Privacy

Your use of Cloomi is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use AI to moderate content but do not guarantee confidentiality of user-generated data.

6. Disclaimers

Cloomi is a communication platform only. We do not:

• Endorse or guarantee the quality of healthcare providers.
• Provide medical advice or diagnoses.
• Verify the authenticity of prescriptions shared via WhatsApp.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cloomi is not liable for:

• Drug shortages or pricing discrepancies.
• Miscommunication between patients and providers.
• Technical issues affecting WhatsApp delivery.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Cloomi constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
